With the rapid growth of data traffic in cellular networks, edge caching has become an emerging technology for offloading. We investigate placement and content delivery cache-enabling networks. To cope with time-varying popularity user location practical scenarios, we formulate a long-term joint dynamic optimization problem association minimizing delay which considers both transmission update delay. solve this challenging problem, decompose into two sub-problems, sub-problem short time scale long scale. Specifically, propose low complexity algorithm given Then develop deep deterministic policy gradient based involves time-scale decisions Finally, to obtain sub-optimal solution proposed problem. illustrate convergence performance by simulation results. Simulation results show that compared benchmark algorithms, reduces networks effectively.
